Prices per apartment per night incl. tourist taxes and excl. end of stay cleaning fee.

End of stay cleaning fee: Type A + B � 35,- ; Type C � 75,-. All prices in Euro.

Linen and towels included in the price.

Arrival after 2.00 pm.
Departure before 10.00 am.

Before departure in cash or advance payment.

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
In the event of cancellation 1 to 3 months before arrival a cancellation fee of 40% of the accommodation price will be charged.
In the event of cancellation 1 week to 1 month before arrival a cancellation fee of 70 % of the accommodation price will be charged.
In the event of cancellation within a week before arrival you will be charged 90% of the accommodation price.
Austrian Hotel regulations apply.
To save incurring cancellation charges, we recommend you take out holiday insurance.
